4 cups thin potato slices (unpeeled) , oil for deep-frying
HOW TO PROCEED
Heat the oil in a deep non-stick pan; deep-fry a few potato slices on a medium flame till they turn golden brown in colour from all the sides. Drain on an absorbent paper. Transfer the deep-fried potato slices in a deep bowl or a plate and sprinkle the peri peri masala evenly over it and toss well. Serve immediately.
